This panel runs on your device's own sensors and on live aviation feeds. Nothing is simulated: if a reading is missing, the instrument shows a failure flag and the BITE page explains why.
Switching on asks for motion, orientation and location access. Everything stays on the device — no account, no analytics, nothing sent anywhere but the weather and traffic requests the panel makes on your behalf.
You can decline and still use the panel. Every instrument will show its failure flag, which is exactly what it is supposed to do.
These instructions stay on the SETUP page after you switch on.
It is a glass cockpit panel for a phone or tablet — the instruments an airliner shows its pilots, driven by your device's own sensors and by live aviation data. It is a toy for people who love aeroplanes. It is not a simulator, it is not certified for anything, and it is never for navigation.
Clamp it somewhere, press Level the horizon on the PFD, and open RADAR to see what is flying near you.
It then opens full screen with no browser bars, and works with no signal — the instruments that run on the device's own sensors need nothing from the network.
